Journaling Through The Chakras
Journaling Through The Chakras is structured workshop that combines the process of journaling and meditation. You will be guided to connect with each Chakra and then express any thoughts, feelings, emotions or inspirations that come through. This enables a deep connection with each of the seven main Chakras and also to your Self Being to bring understanding, acceptance and clarity to the hecticness that builds within us. This process brings awareness for you to recognise where each of these expressions sit within.
If you are not familiar with Chakras that is absolutely fine, you will be guided every step of the way. Understanding Chakras can be seen as 'wheels of energy' that are centers on the body that are non-visible to the physical eye and yet are a vital part of our wellbeing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Each Chakra has its own associated colour, position and meaning that reflects the energy from within, giving an understanding of where emotions or mental thoughts are held. The session includes a discussion of your expression.
The workshop is available one to one in-person or online.
