Our accredited Meditation Teacher Training Course is for those who are looking to teach meditation within their existing business, run classes and groups or who are looking to deepen their own personal understanding and practice. ​

The focus of meditation within this course looks at the many meditation practices available and looks to work with a practice that resonates for you. You will also learn the effects and benefits of meditation, different techniques and developing your own routines.

 

We aim to look at a realistic approach to meditation and how this lifelong journey is viewed within different beliefs and cultures to a more mindful approach with openness and non-judgement. This is where East meets West but ultimately the practice meets you. 

 

As part of your assessment, you will carry out a practical session in-person on the 2nd and last session. You will carry out a practice of case studies in your own time in between sessions. Meditation can take time to adjust to the mind and body, and something that cannot be rushed.

 

Over 3 months you will attend in-person for 2 full days and 1 half day, enabling you time to build on your practice with your case studies, plan your practical assessment and what you need to set up a business if you choose to do so. You will also receive a manual with each session.

Available In-person

This course is available In-person at The School of Mindful Healing, Sidcup, Kent. We host one to one or small group of 2 to 3 people. If you have a larger group, we can host at a venue of your choice.

Payment Plan

This course has a payment plan available. £100 deposit is to be paid on booking to secure your space. This is then followed by 4 instalments of £98.75. The course must be paid in full before the start date.

Certification

On completion you will receive an IPHM Accredited Certificate.

Your certificate is recognised and can be insured through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
