Our accredited Meditation Teacher Training Course is for those who are looking to teach meditation within their existing business, run classes and groups or who are looking to deepen their own personal understanding and practice. ​

The course explores the practice of meditation for both self practice and how to run a group session. The focus of meditation within this course looks at the many meditation practices available and looks to work with either your own personal practice or one of the methods we will be covering within the course. You will also learn the effects and benefits of meditation, different techniques and developing your own routines.

 

We aim to look at a realistic approach to meditation and how this lifelong journey is viewed within different beliefs and cultures to a more mindful approach with openness and non-judgement.

 

As part of your assessment, you will carry out a practical session both in-person and with your case studies. Meditation can take time to adjust to the mind and body, and something that cannot be rushed. Over 3 months you will attend

in-person for 2 full days and 1 half day, enabling you time to build on your practice with your case studies and to plan your practical assessments.

The course is split into three parts. You will receive a manual with each session and we will look at what you need to set a practice up or how to incorporate within your present business.

This course is available In-person at The School of Mindful Healing, Sidcup, Kent.

Payment Plan

This course has a payment plan available. £100 deposit is to be paid on booking to secure your space. This is then followed by 4 instalments of £98.75. The course must be paid in full before the start date.

Certification

On completion you will receive an IPHM Accredited Certificate.

Your certificate is recognised and can be insured through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
